Conference Banquet for MKM 2006
On the Friday night of the 5th International Conference on Mathematical
Knowledge Management, we will have the usual celebration banquet. This year
it will take the form of a barbecue, hopefully in the stunning grounds of
the hotel but inside if the weather is inclement. The menu will be:
- Thai Spiced Chicken Drumsticks
- Brochette of Tikka Spiced Vegetables
- Peppercorn Minute Steak with Herb Butter
- Cajun Trout on Pailote with Sweetcorn and Beef Tomato
- Flat Cap Mushroom with Courgette and Goats Cheese (*)
- Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob
- Freshly Baked Breads and Pitta Bread
- BBQ Sauce, Tomato Relish, Mayonnaise, French Dressing
- A Selection of Salads including Tomato, Cucumber and Mixed Leaves,
Cajun Coleslaw, Chive, Potato Salad, Beetroot, Orange
- A Selection of Tempting Desserts with Cream and Coulis
- Fresh Fruit Display
- Red and White House Wine
- Still and Sparkling Water
A Cash Bar will also be available for further drinks. Delegates with dietary
restrictions outside these offerings should indicate this on their
registration form and they will be catered for.
